A mailer box is a packaging material made from thin sheets of paper that are square and folded together into the desired shape. As the name suggests, it is usually used to mail products and goods all around the world. The interlocking flaps and wings make it durable, while the double-sided walls make it more resistant to transit than other types of cardboard boxes.

All dimensions given are based off the outside measurements of the usable space.

Length x Width x Depth

Kraft and Standard White both have a natural, matte material feel. Both can be customized into various colors. Premium White Coated paper material has a smoother soft-touch feel in comparison, as well as a pure white surface for the most vibrant printed color appearance.

Printed areas on White and Kraft material options are cured to a durable satin finish to resist scratches and scuffs in transit. Deep and dark colors produce a high-level of satin, while pastels and lighter colors result in a more subtle shimmer or nearly-matte effect.

Printed areas on Premium White Coated paper material are cured to a semi gloss or HD Print gloss finish, depending on the option youā€™ve selected for your order. Deep and dark colors produce a high-level of gloss, while pastels and lighter colors result in a more subtle shimmer or nearly matte effect.

The printed finish on your boxes will largely depend on which Material and Print Finish option youā€™ve selected when ordering your boxes. Ink density also plays a small part in how the finish looks and feels ā€” deep and dark colors produce a high-level of reflectivity on printed areas, while pastels and lighter colors result in a more subtle shimmer or nearly-matte effect.Ā  We supply at leastĀ 3 times QCĀ before shipping(Prining Checking, QC Report, Video Checking).Ā
