With that in mind, because our packaging is totally custom we cannot offer returns with the exception of a misprint on our end. Yes, we offer discounts for large orderes. Contact us, and our packaging design team will work with you to develop the most cost-effective solution for your product.

Once the product enters the production stage, we are not allowed to cancel the order, because we have consumed the production material and labor costs, thank you for your understanding

Yes, If you are not satisfied with the sample, the design can still be changed. You can change your packaging design and quantity as long as it has not entered large product process.
